Yuk Fong Obituary

FONG, YUK MUI
Born June 17, 1920 Canton, China. Came to U.S. in 1948 and married shortly after. Died May 25, 2003 in Sacramento. Preceded in death by her parents Chan, Gui Gwomg and Yip, Wai So, husband Jimmy Fong brother In Chan, children Arthur Fong and Catherine Fong and son in law John Palmer. Survived by her loving sons, Edward Fong, wife Rosemary, Robert Fong, Bailey Fong and wife Sally and Burt Fong wife Lucy, devoted daughters, Marian Fong, Lotus Gee and husband Stan, Betty Nopel and husband Dave, Doris Palmer, Roseanne Spolarich and husband Ed, Jennifer Hopkins and husband Garth and daughter in law Dorothy Fong. Loved grandchildren Anthony and Zachary Fong, Arthur Fong, Jr. and wife Michelle, Cynthia Boriskin and husband Rob, Stephanie Pettitt and husband Wade, Michael Fong and wife Stacy, Brooke and Carrie Fong, Stanford Gee and wife Margaret, Allison Nopel, Matthew, James and Daniel Palmer, Lindsay Spolarich and Stephen and Michael Hopkins. Great Grandchildren Artie Fong, Andrew and Jessica Boriskin, Erik and Kristopher Pettit and Campbell Gee also Mrs. Fong's dear friend Noreen Ahern. She was loved and will be missed dearly by all her family and friends. Friends are welcome to attend the funeral Monday June 2, 2003 12 Noon at the NICOLETTI, CULJIS & HERBERGER FUNERAL HOME 5401 Folsom Blvd. Interment East Lawn Memorial Park.
