John Goodwill Obituary
Born May 14, 1982, in Buffalo, he was the son of Timothy Goodwill and Carrie McDonald Goodwill.
John had been employed at Lake Erie Tobacco Co., in Kill Buck, and for the former Smiley's Restaurant, in Olean. He was also a self-employed handyman.
He enjoyed listening to music and was an avid Buffalo Bills fan. He liked to play billiards and darts and was constantly on his cell phone.
Surviving are his mother, Carrie Goodwill of Salamanca; his father, Timothy (Theresa Abdo) Goodwill of Duke Center, Pa.; two daughters, Sierra Goodwill of St. Mary's, Pa. and Kaylyn Goodwill of Georgia.; three sons, Cody and Nicholas Goodwill, both of St. Mary's, Pa, and Xavier Ross of Franklinville; six brothers, Timothy Goodwill Jr. of Texas, James (Stephanie) Goodwill of Duke Center, Kyle (Paige) Goodwill of Rixford, Pa., Phillip Goodwill, Andrew Brooks and Tommy Goodwill; three sisters, Nellie Goodwill, Dawn Anthony and Crystal Peters; several nieces, nephews and cousins; and his "go-to" girl, Samantha Small.
He was predeceased by his stepfather, Phillip Goodwill.
Friends were received Tuesday (Dec. 4, 2018) at the Casey, Halwig & Hartle Funeral Home, 3128 W. State Road, Olean. Services will begin at 3 p.m. in the funeral home.
