Jeffrey Teeter Obituary

Jeffrey Eugene Teeter, 53, of Mooresville, passed away on Monday, Jan. 23, 2023. He was born on April 21, 1969, in Statesville, to Edgar Marshall Teeter (Nancy)and Darlene Caldwell Penninger (Richard). He loved spending time outdoors hunting and fishing. Jeff was passionate about coaching his boys in every sport they were involved in. He enjoyed watching wrestling TV with his dog by his side. He loved his family and will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his loving wife, Gina Harwell Teeter; sons, Hunter Teeter, Noah Teeter; brother, Doug Teeter (Rebecca); half-brother, Ryan Penninger; step-brothers, Rusty Parker and Don Parker; step-sister, Brooke Edwards; niece, Anna Teeter; nephews, Davis Teeter, Garrett Harrington, Brandon Parker and Justin Parker; mother-in-law, Judy Harwell and his beloved K-9 Nestle. Arrangements: A gathering to celebrate his life will be held on Friday, Jan. 27, from 6-8 p.m. at Cavin-Cook Funeral Home, Mooresville. Memorials: In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Down Syndrome Association of Greater Charlotte 3900 Park Rd #C, Charlotte, NC 28209. Cavin-Cook Funeral Home, Mooresville, is proudly serving the Teeter family. Condolences may be made to the family at www.cavin-cook.com.
