Ronald Minter Obituary
Born June 25, 1947 in Rowan County, he was the son of the late Susie Minter.
Educated in the public schools of Rowan County, he was a 1965 graduate of J. C Price High School. Mr. Minter both worked and retired from Norfolk Southern Railroad as an enjineer and Sonoco Paper Stock as a truck driver.
He was a Veteran of the United States Army.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Goodlett Minter; brothers, Thomas Minter, Al Minter, Gary Minter, and Pete Minter.
Those left to cherish his memories are his sons, Timothy Minter (Rhonda) of Charlotte and Donte' Minter (Tiana) of Virginia Beach, VA; brother, Kevin Minter of Washington, DC; sister, Alisha Minter of Winston-Salem; 3 grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Arrangements: Services will be Monday, January 22, 2024 in the A. R. Kelsey Memorial Chapel, Noble and Kelsey Funeral Home, Inc. with Visitation at 11:30 am and Funeral at 12:00 pm. Military Rites and Interment at 2:00 pm at Salisbury National Cemetery. Reverend Andrew Davis, Officiating and Pastor Dr. Henry Diggs, Eulogist.
