Dear Gloria and the rest of the Langenbacker family, It was a shock to stumble across Dave's obituary today and I am deeply saddened that I was not able to pay my respects to him and your family at the funeral. Gloria, you and Dave did so much for me and I have never had the chance to tell you that you both meant the world to me. I did appreciate having you both in my life even if it was for only a few short years. Please know that you and the rest of the family are in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

Dear Gloria and family, Sorry to see David in the paper today. Dave and I grew up in Glendale Park. Dave would chase me home from mutual many time say he was going to kiss me. That was was back in the six grade, about 54 years ago. We would see each other at the gun shows and catch up on our old friends those who we had seen or those that had died. He was a fun and great friend. May God Bless you through this difficult time.

Gloria & Family, I am so sorry for your loss. I can feel your pain as well. It is so hard to get through all this, however I have been told it will get a little easier each day. Take one day at a time. Gloria, I lost Laren last Monday, & I buried him on Friday. I am still trying to cope as well. If there is anything I can do for you, let me know. We can cry on each others shoulder. My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family. All my Love, Carol Lords

Dear family, May Heavenly Father bless you in your sorrow. As your neighbor for many years I much loved the beautiful work your father produced. We would see your mom and dad at the gun shows and always admired the wonderful buckles and badges. Your parents were good neighbors. My daughter bought their house. When they moved.
