Gary Meldrum Obituary
Gary Bryan Meldrum, age 68 passed away peacefully on March 28, 2016 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Born May 9, 1947 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Joseph Harold Meldrum and Louetta Peery Meldrum.
A Celebration of Life will be held in his honor on Monday, April 4th from 6-8pm at Starks Funeral Parlor, 3651 South 900 East, Salt Lake City. Graveside Services will be held on Tuesday, April 5th at 2:00pm at Larkin Sunset Gardens, 1950 East Dimple Dell Road (10600 South), Sandy. Where he will receive full military honors. As I reflect on so many good times with Gary, the most memorable are the US camps and holiday gatherings. Good people, good food & good times! Gary will always be family' to me and Rick. Peace be with his loved ones at this difficult time-we are sorry for their loss.

As a Younger guy growing up I always admired my Uncle Gary and wanted to be around him anytime I could. He was to me a true example of what I wanted to become.I watched as he cared for my Grandma and took care of her every need. His Heart was always in the right place and anyone who knew him can be Thankful for the experience. I will miss him dearly so long Unc.

I know Gary will be missed by everyone that knew him in the BMCU, his fun loving attitude and his willingness to give to others. I will miss following behind him and getting a whiff of his cigar as our TR's cruised down the road.
