George Granger Obituary

1942 ~ 2011
Loving husband and friend, George Granger, passed away November 27, 2011. He was born March 1, 1942 in Las Vegas, Nevada to Mildred Beatty and Cyril Elden Granger. George grew up in Salt Lake City, graduated from Granite High School, and served three years in the U.S. Army as a guided missile electrician. He is survived by his wife Jackie, sisters Jeanine (Frank) Matthews and Delores (Kent) Whitaker, brother Terry (Vernita) Granger, children Kurt Granger, Craig Granger, daughter Lisa Granger, as well as step-sons Jeffrey (Nettie) Callister and Christopher (Jill) Callister. He will be missed by his four grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, ten step-grandchildren and especially by his best friends Missy and Tuffy.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 3, 2011 at Noon at the Sunridge Ward, 5475 West 5500 So., Kearns, Utah. Friends may call there between 10:00 and 11:30 a.m. Interment will be at Lindquist's Memorial Gardens, 1718 Combe Road, South Ogden, Utah .
