John was a dear friend to both my husband , Jim Bruce & myself, Patti Bruce. Many a great time just being together & having fun, that was John, loving life & having fun. He was a designer with a sharp vision & built many businesses in & around SLC. We loved John& enjoyed lots of times with John & Maxine. Kari was a beautiful, kind, loving 2 nd wife to John & they shared themselves with their friends & family

Joni,Diann & Stephanie: I thought the world of your dad. Deer hunts with my father, John Mangum, Vic Wager and your dad were one of the highlights of my youth. I saw him just before he moved back to Iowa and enjoyed a brief talk. Sadly, I knew I would never see him again, but I am so glad he was a part of my life. I have more to say but prefer to say it privately.Let me know if you want to chat y email or phone...Geoff Mangum
