M. Coonce Obituary

M. Kathryn Coonce 1955 ~ 2006 PRESTON, IDAHO - On September 12, 2006, Mary Kathryn Coonce was called back to her Heavenly Father and was finally able to leave the earthly challenges that troubled her. She was born March 11, 1955 in North Bend, Oregon. She grew up in Reedsport, Oregon. She married Kyle Lamphere on Dec. 5, 1987, in Reno, Nevada. Kathy loved her children and grandchildren. She had a strong belief in God which was evident in her daily activities. She loved her horses and enjoyed gardening. She loved little children and little children loved her. She loved giving - especially hugs to others. She would take from her garden and always share with others, especially the girls at Larry's Pharmacy. She liked to make others feel special. She will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved her. She is survived by her husband, Kyle, of Preston; a daughter, Cammy J. Coonce of California; a son, Michael Dean Coonce of Utah; three grandchildren, Xavier, Laquintas, and Jonathan, and by two sisters, Carmen Montgomery of Oregon, and Debbie Smith of Oregon. She was preceded in death by her step-parents (Uncle and Aunt), Melvin and Martha Holmes. Funeral services will be held Thursday, September 21, 2006 at 1:00 p.m. at Webb Funeral Home, 109 East Oneida, in Preston. Friends may call Wednesday from 6-8 p.m. and Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Webb Funeral Home prior to the services.
