Dearest Nancy, Only today did I read about your passing. I am saddened as I always thought we would meet again and have some sort of adventure. We met but once many years ago and immediately we were old souls. I was about to answer (again?) your last email to me from a year ago, the one that begins with "Hello my kindred soul" and ends with "May 2011 be an extraordinary year." So, Hello to you, Nancy. Did you know about May? I hope we will be in touch once again. with love to you and your family, Barbara

It was an absolute blessing to have her in my life. She was one of the most loving, caring, and uniquely amazing women I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. And although she has passed, her spirit, attititude, and compassion have placed a permanent mark on all those who were lucky enough to have stood in her presence.

I don't know what to say. I have tried to find where Nancy lived for the past three years. My wife died of leukemia almost 3 years earlier to the day and would have like to have talked with her one more time before she left this earth. I will never forget her. We worked and played together helping people with mental handicaps back in the 70's. She was beautiful, fun and loving to all no matter what there background or status in life. I have thought of her often over the past 30+ years. I never stopped loving her. I always hoped she was happy and from what I have read of her life she lived it as she did back then, to the fullest. My sympathy to all her family. What a great loss to it must be, my prayers and thoughts are with you.

Funny, but a few weeks ago I was thinking about Nancy, she just popped into my mind. She and I were best friends back when we were very young, just through 2nd grade. We had such good times, we used to play Roy Rogers and Dale Evans and ride our make beleive horses. I am sorry for your loss. Even though it has been close to 50 years since I last saw her, I too feel an emptiness with her passing. No one is truly gone. I shall look forward to meeting her again one day.

Nancy, I don't know why it has taken me so long to sign this guest book. I still can't believe you are gone. I have such fond memories of my time spent with you and your family. There was always so much love and laughter. You will always have a special place in my heart. I love you so much.
And for your wonderful boys, you were blessed to have such an amazing mother. I'm so sorry for your loss. York - - there are no words. You are my brother from another mother. But really, we both were lucky, cuz between us we both had two of the best mom's in the world. Still do.
All my love,
Angi

Nancy Lyn,
I have had some of the best times of my life with you. Our trips to Mexico, such adventures! Nobody ever believed half of the things that happened to us. But I knew they were true. Just thinking about some of our experiences together puts such a smile on my face, and I'm laughing out loud.
Can't wait to see you again!
...and thank you, I know I will.
Love, Laurie

Nancy is a beautiful and great lady. She had a very thoughtful and kind heart. I love how she was able to make friends with strangers right on the spot. She had a very alive and adventurous spirit. My heart breaks that the babies will not get to experience more of Nancy here on earth but I know she will continue to be apart of their lives in spirit and and possibly through little Brinlee. Our hearts ache for you all. All Our love and prayers are here for you. The Messersmiths

Nancy was my best friend for 30 years. I will always have funny, fond memories of our times in Mexico, of late night talks of past lifes, UFO's,and cranking snow-birds. We went through so many changes, moves and adding children to our lives. Looking at pictures of her makes me happy; I can pretend she is still here. Wait for me Nancy, we will meet again.
Love you all forever.

Remembering all the incredible times we had camping, at the horse races and hanging out on the street between Nana's and our house when the children were all little. What an incredible cook, seamstress and artist extraordinaire. Certainly one of a kind that will be missed and remembered fondly. Who has the monkey mask? Makes me laugh just to think of it. Love you guys and want to do anything I can to help. Please let me know. Aunt Mary K.
