I am truely saddened to have lost such a sweet friend. Nate was an incredibly smart and talented person. He was always helping his friends, sharing stories, lending an ear or shoulder when we needed comfort and never ending a visit without a big hug. I loved talking to him and could converse for hours, he was so intelligent and insightful! I pray for the Nielsen Family, that they can recieve comfort and remain together as the close, wonderful familly that they are. I'll miss you so much, Nate. Love, Amy

I was stunned when Mom told me the news. I grieve with the rest of the family. Although it has been years since I have seen him, I still remebember the cute little Nathan. I wish we could have made it to Salt Lake with mom and sisters, but we were unable to. WE love you all and keep you in our hearts and prayers.

THE NIELSEN FAMILY,

I AM SO SORRY TO HEAR ABOUT NATE. IT IS HARD TO BELIEVE HE IS ACTUALLY GONE. I KNOW I DIDN'T KNOW HIM AS WELL AS THE REST OF MY FAMILY (BITTON'S AND RICHES) BUT I STILL KNEW HIM WELL ENOUGH. HE INSTALLED THE ALARM ON MY CAR BUT I NEVER HAD A CHANCE TO LET HIM FINISH INSTALLING MY REMOTE START. MAYBE ONE DAY OUT OF THE BLUE IT WILL WORK, IF YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN (LOOK UP:)) I KNOW CAMERON AND LANAE WILL MISS HIM DEAPLY AS WILL THE REST OF HIM FAMILY. MY THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS ARE WITH YOUR FAMILY.

Bob, Monette and family, we are so sorry to hear about your loss.
We will always remember Nate for the beautiful smile he had, the character he was, and his talent in Electronics. He's probably already doing some kind of electronics on the other side (I'm sure Heaven has a much better sound system). We do believe that God has a great plan for Nate but no one will know what it is of course right now. Nate will always be in our thoughts with a lot of good memories. He was like part of our family. Nate and Nick had a lot of good times together, and Nick always looked forward to hanging out with Nate whenever he would come to Salt Lake. I remember when Nick and Nate were about seven years old and he was here and I didn't know it until I went to get into a closet and there he was his little eyes looking up at me and his little voice O Hi Debbie. That was just one of the cute little things Nate did. With Nate's creativity and Nick's bargain hunting it made him and Nick great partners in mischief, one time when Nate and Nick were around 8 or 9 yrs old they found some fools gold in my garage, as they heard the ice cream man they both looked at each other and took off running to the ice cream truck trying to buy ice with fools gold. Unfortunately the ice cream man didn't think that that was a fair trade. That is just a few stories about the cute things Nate and Nick did together. What a character. He always had something good to say about everyone and everything. He was always good to be around. Whenever you were with Nate he always worried and made sure everyone was having fun.

We want you to know that our thoughts and prayers are with all of you. Remember that God will be there to help you though this tragic time.

If there is anything we can do please let us know.

Aunt Monette and Uncle Bob,

You will remain in our thoughts and prayers. Nathan will be missed. I have been remembering how when we were kids, he was always out looking for snakes. When we moved to the house in Ogden, he was excited to see the field down the street, as soon as he could, he was on the hunt for snakes. I thought I would share that memory since I could not make it down.

Dear Bob, Monette and Kids
I was very heart broken when Bishop Harmon called me and broke the news. There are so many memories of Nathan that my family shares, Russ and Cathy both talked about playing kick the can late into the night and watching the fireworks “as a neighborhood”. The memories brought smiles to their faces then tears to their eyes. Nathan will be so very missed on this earth but what a reunion he is having on the other side in Heaven.
We are here for you and you are all in our prayers, please remember that Heavenly Father has a plan, a perfect plan and we may not always see what His plans are until another time. But Nathan will be waiting for you when you get to the other side with the beautiful smile he has.
