Peter Paul Kotzur, passed away on Monday, July 17, 2006 in San Antonio, TX, at the age of 74 years. He was born in Cestahowa, TX, was formerly of Kosciusko, TX, and San Antonio resident for the past 47 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Clara Kotzur and his brother Frank, Jr. He was a member of St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, veteran of the Korean War, a member of the Sons of Hermann, The Mascot for the former USFL's San Antonio Gunslinger's football team, Sheriff with the comedy Gunslingers, performing in and around San Antonio for 49 years, retired from Frederich Air Conditioning Co. after 44 years of service. He is survived by his wife Lillian Kotzur, whom he married on Oct. 9, 1956; his daughter and son-in-law, Patricia and Brian Clark, San Antonio; sons and daughters-in-law, Peter and Kendra Kotzur, David and Jeanette Kotzur and Patrick Kotzur, all of San Antonio; sister Lillian Bennette, San Antonio; his brothers Leonard and Raymond, both of San Antonio; 7 grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. A Rosary will be recited at 7:00 P.M. on Wednesday, July 19, 2006 at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church. Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, July 20, 2006 at 10:00 A.M. in St. Ann's Catholic in Kosciusko, TX, with Rev. Wojiech Pelczarski Celebrant. Interment will follow in St. Ann's Cemetery. Pallbearers were Mr. Kotzur's Sons, son-in-law and grandson. Arrangements are with: FRANKLIN FUNERAL HOME Floresville, TX 78114 (830) 393-0459
