With deep love and sorrow, we announce the passing of Audelia Hernandez Rendon, who departed this life peacefully on October 16, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.
She is reunited in eternal rest with her husband, Guadalupe F. Rendon; son, Richard Rendon Sr.; grandsons, Richard Jr. and Ronnie Rendon; and her parents, Juan and Aurelia Hernandez.
She is survived by her children: Patsy R. Garza (Carlos), Guadalupe R. Martinez (Robert), Graciela R. Ortiz(Robert PID), Sarah J. Rendon-Pesina(Frank PID), John Rendon(Maricela), Edward Rendon(Yvette), and Josephine R. Barron; 31 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, and 12 great-great-grandchildren. siblings: Marina Arellano, Alicia Salas, Adela Rocha, Margie Cant', Rogelio Hernandez, and Robert Hernandez; countless nieces, nephews, family members, and friends.
Family would like to thank the staff of Holy Savior Hospice, and caregivers, Rachel Villarreal, Sylvia Rendon, and Irma Mendez, for the loving care and support they provided during Audelia's final days.
Services will be held Tuesday, October 28, 2025 at 5:00pm – 10:00pm with the Rosary at 7:00pm. Wednesday, October 29, 2025 Funeral Mass will be at 10:00am at San Juan de los Lagos Parish and Shrine, 3231 El Paso St., 78207 followed by burial at San Fernando Cemetery II.
