Cecil Moore Obituary
Cecil Ray Moore of Pleasanton passed away on Sunday, May 11, 2014 at the age of 92. He was born May 28, 1921 in Bremond, Texas to Leander and Cordelia (Cunningham) Moore. He is survived by his wife, Chrysta Pearl (Riley) Moore of Pleasanton; son, Ray Bernard Moore and wife Millie of Arkansas; daughter, Cecilia Diane Murray and husband Patrick of Vancouver, Washington; sisters, Edna McMahon and Juanita Collier. He is also survived by grandchildren, Lisa Trygar and husband Joe of Weatherford, David Moore of Memphis, Tennessee, Alexis Murray of Scappoose, Oregon and Eliot Murray of Los Angeles, California; six great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, Leander and Cordelia Moore; sister, Jewel Holmes and brothers, Wesley Moore, Tommy Moore, James Moore and Leander Moore, Jr. A funeral service will be given on Thursday, May 15, 2014 at 2:00PM at Hurley Funeral Home Chapel, 118 W. Oaklawn Rd. in Pleasanton. Interment will follow at Lytle Community Cemetery. Anyone wishing to leave condolences for the family, share memories or sign the guestbook may do so at www.hurleyfuneralhome.com.
