Clarence Earl Hall Jr. was born February 2, 1932 to the parents of Clarence and Dorthy Hall in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania. He married Doris Birchler immediately following his West Point graduation on June 4, 1957. Together, they have four children, eleven grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
