Joe Cisneros Obituary
Joe Cisneros, age 60 of San Antonio, entered into eternal life on Thursday, June 23, 2016. Joe's bigger than life personality encompassed family, long conversations, traveling, casinos and cars. He led a full life and served in the United States Army. Joe was a loving husband, father, son and brother. He is survived by his wife, Janet Cisneros, son Joe Cisneros Jr. and wife Bobbie Nicole Cisneros, son Frank Cisneros and wife Melissa Cisneros, and son Charles Cisneros, daughter Christina Kurtz and husband Paul, son John Hale; grandchildren, Zach Bernal, Destiny Echardt-Cisneros and husband Preston, River Esquivel, Charlie Cisneros, James La Feldt, Marlene Candretta and Justine Speller; great granddaughter Serenity Eckhardt - Cisneros; parents, Alfredo and Aurora De Hoyos; sisters, Yolanda Gonzalez and husband, Ismael, Aurelia Marotta and husband, Louis A., Esmeralda Trevinio and husband, Joe Edgar; brother, Alfredo De Hoyos Jr., Jesse De Hoyos and wife, Gina, Orlando De Hoyos and wife, Andrea and Javier De Hoyos and numerous nieces and nephews. Services
The family will receive friends for visitation on Friday July 1, 2016 from 6:00-8:00 P.M. at Mission Park Funeral Chapels North. A procession will depart Mission North Saturday morning at 8:00 sharp for an 8:30 mass at Our Lady of the Angels Catholic Church. Interment will follow at San Fernando Cemetery #3.

You have been gone for six years, but friends never forget friends from the past. You were younger than most of your buddies and you hung around us most of the time. Friends move away, but they still remember each other even though we never see each other again. The good times we had as the barrio kids will never be forgotten. RIP Joe.

Good memories and good times we all had los amigos from the barrio when we were young. Time flies and before we know it we are gone, but never forgotten. I still remember the teens from the barrio and always think of where they are, and what life they now have since our last time together. RIP!
