Jupiter Ramirez Obituary
Jupiter L. Ramirez went to be with the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on July 29, 2013 in San Antonio, Texas. He was born on January 3, 1927 in San Antonio, to Pedro J. Ramirez and Josefa Lozano Ramirez. Mr. Ramirez was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Esperanza Valdez Ramirez. He is survived by his daughters, Elvira Ramirez Salgado (Peter), Diana Ramirez Yglesias (Roger), Maria Magdalena Ramirez Gomez (James), Yvonne Ramirez Orta (Jesse); sons, Pedro Jupiter Ramirez (Laura), Urvano Daniel Ramirez (Elia), Gilbert V. Ramirez (Mary Alice). He leaves behind 11 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren, also relatives and many friends. He was a devoted father and will be forever loved and never forgotten.
SERVICES
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 1, 2013 from 5:00pm until 9:00pm, with a Rosary at 7:00pm at Mission Park Funeral Chapels North. The Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated on Friday, August 2, 2013 at 1:00pm at Holy Family Catholic Church, 152 Florencia, San Antonio, TX 78228. Interment will follow at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association.

Jupiter Ramirez was my grandpa, he was a great man. Very wise and strong willed. Nothing held him back or got in his way from taking care of his family. He always had a smile and a good story to tell. He lived life to the fullest and loved life as well. I will surely miss him...We love you grandpa, say hello to grandma for us

Ramirez families,
My deepest sympathy and my thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. Be strong and be there for each other at this time. Take a day at a time. You will have good days and sad days, but you will always remember all your memories of your dad. He is always with you in your heart. He watches over you always.
I will always remember you dad and your family growing up. He always had a smile on his face. Always said hello and waved when he drove by our house.
