Michael A. De Leon, 45, went to be with our Lord on March 21, 2022, while surrounded by his loving family. Born on February 14, 1977, he was the youngest of six children born to Antonio and Christine De Leon.
Michael graduated from Fox Tech High School and studied Journalism and Mass communication at San Antonio College. His proudest accomplishments were founding and managing Project Spurs and Project Spurs Network. Michael loved sports but above all else, he loved God and his family. He had 4 nieces, Isabella, Gabby, Annette, and Amanda and 5 nephews, Adam, Jacob, Antonio, Christian, and Luke. Michael was preceded in death by his father, Antonio G. De Leon.
He is survived by his mother, Christine De Leon and partner Richard, siblings, Anthony De Leon, Belinda De Luna and husband, Paul, Steven De Leon, Frank C. De Leon, Jacob De Leon, and numerous cousins, and friends.
Visitation will begin on Tuesday, March 29th at 5:00pm with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00pm at the Angelus Chapel. Funeral Mass will be offered on Wednesday, March 30th at 10:00am at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 2114 W. Houston Street. Burial will follow in Fentress Community Cemetery, Seneca Loop, Lulling, TX 78648.

I offer my condolences to Michael's family. I went to school with him at Tech and will always remember him for his smile and being funny.
Such a loss for everyone who knew him. May he rest in peace and may the Lord help console his family during their time in need.

Still cant wrap my head around Mike being gone but he had such a major impact on my career as well as others. Our community, city, culture mourn his loss and will forever be impacted. Prayers and condolences to his family. Fly high Mike. R.I.P. brother
