Stephen Davis Obituary

Stephen R. Davis, beloved son, brother and uncle was born on January 7, 1968. After persevering through Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy for 36 years, Stephen entered God's kingdom on June 20, 2004. He is survived by his parents, James R. Davis and Aurora 'Ann' Davis; brothers, Timothy and Thomas; sister, Gracie; nephews, Aaron and Ethan; niece, Jocelyn. Stephen loved painting, Star Trek, chess and connecting with others through the use of online communities. As he once wrote, 'My pastime is dreaming of my past life slaying dragons.' You have your sword back Steve rejoice in the lush green meadows, the forests thick with life, and the flowers painted in colors unimaginable. We love you always, dear knight, and know God embraces you in his kingdom. We were privileged to have you in our lives. Flowers are welcome and/or contributions may be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Association, 2391 NE Loop 410, San Antonio, TX 78213. SERVICES Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 22, 2004 from 6:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M., with a Rosary recited at 7:00 P.M. at Mission Park Funeral Chapels North. A Graveside Service will be held on Wednesday, June 23, 2004 at 11:00 A.M. at Holy Cross Cemetery with Father Will Combs officiating. Mission Park Funeral Chapels North.
