Teri Abercrombie Obituary

Teri Lynn Abercrombie, age 21, passed to a higher place on Monday, September 29, 2003. Born and raised in San Antonio, Teri graduated from Judson High School in May of 2000. She was an active participant in school and carried that enthusiasm into her college career. Her studies were guiding her toward becoming an elementary school teacher. Full of energy and creativity, and blessed with a giving heart, Teri hoped to inspire local youth through education and prepare them for the bright futures she saw in everyone. She is survived by her father, Darl Abercrombie; mother, Sharon Abercrombie; sister, Tracey Abercrombie. A host of other devoted family including grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and an honorary brother also cherish the vivacious spirit of their fallen butterfly. Teri spent the valuable years of her life sharing love and wit with all those around her. Her passion for children and giving has touched more lives than she ever imagined. Teri was a strong shoulder for most and a guide for all others. The family extends gratitude to all those friends and colleagues who have treasured her. A Visitation will be held Wednesday, October 1, 2003 from 6:00 - 8:00 P.M. at Sunset Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be Thursday, October 2, 2003 at 3:00 P.M. at Sunset Funeral Home Chapel. Entombment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park. Teri will be tenderly loved and remembered ever more for giving everything to all she knew. Sunset Funeral Home.
