Virginia Moreno Obituary
Virginia Moreno passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Friday, October 27, 2017 at the age of 82. She was born on September 18, 1935 in San Antonio, Texas. Virginia's passions in life were dancing and music. Virginia had a loving heart and helped everyone that needed it. She is reunited in heaven with her husband of 34 years Guillermo Moreno, parents Porfirio and Paolita Rios and sons Arthur Guerrero and Gilbert Alex Laredo. She is loved and will be missed by her children Geraldine Salazar, Isabel Ramirez, Mary L. Reyes (Guadalupe), Cindy Salazar (Juan), Juan Gallegos (Leticia), Jesse Gallegos (Carol) and Mark Moreno (Leticia), Porfirio Casias (Monica), Zulema Casias, brother Tom Rios, sisters Dolores Briones and Olivia Haringa, 70 grandchildren,74 great grandchildren plus numerous other nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 31, 2017 from 3pm to 9pm with a Rosary to be recited at 7pm that evening. A formal procession will depart the funeral home on Wednesday, November 1, 2017 at 9:30am for a 10am Funeral Mass at San Juan de Los Lagos Catholic Church with interment to follow at San Fernando Catholic Cemetery II.
