Althea Alexander Obituary

Tia left this Earth much like she lived….on her own terms. She was honest, trustworthy, opinionated, reliable, loyal, a true animal lover and fiercely independent. She had a very full life, working in a variety of professions, including the restaurant industry, before settling on working with horses. She was a popular riding Instructor at the Stanford Red Barn, as well as other facilities. Tia often cared for animals and houses while her friends were away, and volunteered with the Pinnacles Condor Program. She was an avid birdwatcher and loved to hike to places to see her winged friends. She was a "go to" lady for all things animal related. Tia will be sorely missed by all her two and four legged friends, and especially by her friends with wings. Tia was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Alexander, and her parents, Alfred Frank Woronick and Agnes Partika Woronick, and a sister Andrea Woronick.
