Cathy Clark

Cathy Clark August 15, 1948 - May 24, 2018 San Diego, CA Cathy died May 24 after a two year battle with cancer. She leaves a loving husband, Roel Robles, a devoted sister, Casey Clark, and a close group of friends whom she considered family.Cathy was born in Burbank, CA. Her parents, Midge Emmens Clark and Chuck Clark predecease her. Cathy studied journalism at San Diego State University where she was editor of "The Daily Aztec." She wrote for "The Daily Californian" before her first TV job reporting at KFMB, followed by KNSD and KUSI. Her long career was highlighted by several prestigious awards, including ten Emmys. She also wrote for "San Diego Magazine" and "The San Diego Tribune." Most recently, Cathy was working with her husband Roel Robles at their company, Robles Productions.
