Doc was such a warm-hearted caring father to Tom, Ally and Dave. He liked corny jokes and laughed easily when things went sideways, which happens often when you are a parent of three. I can still remember his chuckle when he'd tell the story about finding Ally swimming after Dave and Nicole's wedding. I can see his smirk right now. He was very forgiving of crazy teenage antics and always kept hope for those he loved. He was a kind and gentle dentist too and loved by patients of all ages. My family and I just learned of his passing and it makes our hearts ache. We will always love you Doc.

Hi Repp family:
Linda and I were very saddened to hear from Tom that Dave had passed. He was a dear friend of us both. We went to lunch and brunch with him many times over the years. Dave and I played golf at Admiral Baker and Mission Trails. The people at Mission Trails were his friends as we were. They miss him also. I played his last round of golf with him at Admiral Baker either late March or early April and he could only play 7 holes before tiring out. Anyhow, all our condolences. We will all miss him. We had numerous laughs together.

My heartfelt sadness at Dave's passing. He was my neighbor in Mission Hills for several years in the 1990s until I moved to San Francisco and I regret not reconnecting with him when I returned. We used to have great fun jogging together in the mornings and talking about life along the way.
He had a wonderful kindness and generous spirit about him which I know was a blessing felt by his children, his many friends and his patients.
I cannot attend the memorial service but I will be there in my thoughts and prayers. R.I.P. Dave, knowing that you did right by so many, so often. If anything you deserved better yourself because of how much you gave to all of us.

Linda
As the youngest David in this clan I have always had a connection with David that we enjoyed together. I had the treat of spending a couple of days with David this spring and it was great. We went to the beach and had dinner together and talked about family and times and joys and many warm memories. I will miss him as I know you and your sisters and his children will even more so.
My most heart felt condolence.
