As a member of the "Old Bold Pilots" of Oceanside. I was fortunate to know and share stories of aviation and other things with Ed. I feel my life has been enriched by having known him. I will miss his smile and humor each time I look across the table where he sat at our get together.

In the very short time that I had the privilege to know Ed McCann, I was honored to be considered his friend. I shall miss his interest and knowledge of the Christian faith as a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Oceanside. God rest his soul.
