I babysat for Murney in Marion Mass., back in 1953. I just came across 3 photos of him. I would be very happy to send them on to his family.

Murney was a kind, gentle, thoughtful and gifted man. He was gifted with altheticism and keen scholarship, with a distinguished career as a historian, archivist, and university administrator. Murney hailed from a long and storied line of patriots, professors, poets and artists. I was honored to know Murney and his family for many years. He will be greatly missed.
