We send our condolences to the family.

Roger was a lot of energy with a generous heart. I was blessed to spend twenty days with him on his treasured "Fish Limo" from Loreto to Cabo to San Diego. Loads of stories and lots of laughs. He seemed happiest when he was puffing of his favorite cigar, rum and diet in the mug and fish on the line. He sure was excited when he got two big White Sea Bass in Mag Bay. Rest In Peace my friend.
