Leslee Fain, Steve was a wonderful person. We had many wonderful times together. Back in the day, If he was on duty cruising Carlsbad n saw a familiar face, a bit,"under the weather", he would take them home..Steve knew my mother n father.When my father passed ,I asked Steve to come to my father's memorial...HE WAS THE 1st.PERSON there.The guy was a Class Act, I'm so proud of him.He was the best example of a police officer, n dear friend. I will truly miss him, I'm thankful that I had the pleasure of knowing him.His memory will always be cherished.leslee
