Janet Simas Obituary
Jan was born in Glendale, Calif., on Dec. 6, 1944. She was an avid collector of Disney memorabilia and antique and collectible toys. She was a homemaker most of her life, and helped Gary with the family toy business.
Jan is survived by her husband Gary; son Steve Simas of Sacramento, Calif.; five siblings, Jackie, Dan, Jerry, Tammy and Tom. She is also survived by her step mother Donna Hathaway and numerous nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her father Jack Hathaway, mother Jean Hulse, brother baby Jack Hathaway and grandmother Helen Smith.
A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Jan. 5, 2007, at Reis Chapel in San Luis Obispo.
