John was a wonderful doctor and a good friend. It was always a pleasure to see him over foot problems and enjoy good conversations as he worked. He shared his wonderful travels and adored his traveling companion, Penny. So glad he was happy. He will be missed very much by a lot of people.

Dr. Ziomek will be greatly missed. He took very good, excellent care of my feet. He was competent with many problems, and he corrected them. He treated me with kindness every time I had an appointment. May he rest in peace.

I was fortunate and privileged to have known Johh since 1968, when we both entered Sacred Heart High School. It was also an honor to have been his teammate for 5 years at S.H. and C.C.S.F.. We had many laughs, great tmes, outlandish advnetures and few disagreements.
He was a loyal and true friend, even when I wasn't at my best. You can't ask for anything more than that.
I will miss my Friend, but I will remember him forever for the kind of man he was. Rest in Peace Buddy!

This man was so giving of his time and talents -- while he will be so missed, I'm certain he's inspired so many around him.

I am sooooo sad to hear the passing of John unexpectedly. I was a patient and friend and found John to be a caring and kind man who will be sadly missed but never forgotten.

Dr. Z, my podiatrist, and I had some interesting discussions on politics and life in general. We shared some basic beliefs but our strategies for fulfilling them were almost polar opposites. Yet, I believe we genuinely liked and respected each other. And yes, he was a kind man and did much for his community.

John was a pleasure to serve with on the Planning Commission. On-target insight, independent thought, and a touch of humor whenever needed.
