Kenneth Hollingsworth Obituary

Kenneth Hollingsworth Kenneth Edmond Hollingsworth passed away December 28, 2016, peacefully at his home with loved ones by his side. Born in Oklahoma and raised in Bakersfield, Ken married Jeanette Norton and they made their way to Grover Beach in 1964. Soon after they started their business, Ken's Exxon, they later added Ken's Towing and Automotive Service Center. Ken leaves behind his wife of 62 years, Jeanette; daughters, Debra Biven and Linda Hollingsworth; son, Scotty Hollingsworth; sister, Loretta Chaefsky; and numerous grand and great- grandchildren. Ken was preceded in death by a son, Kenneth Jr. in 2000; daughter, Kathleen Coy-Winegard in 2006; and by his brother, Virgil Hollingsworth in 2016. A private family service will be held at a later date and the family requests that in lieu of flowers donations be directed to Dignity Hospice. Marshall-Spoo Sunset Funeral Chapel, directors.
