I played golf with Pat many times at Morro Bay; she was always a delight. After she moved to Shasta, Pat continued to play with our clubs when she visited the Central Coast and even kept her membership active until this year. She had several time share weeks that she would use together and live for a month or so at the Avila Bay Inn each year. Several years ago when my mother-in-law was living at the senior center Las Brisas, Pat toured the residence high on a hill in SLO. She dreamed of moving there, having a room facing the view of Bishop Peak, enjoying three meals a day served to her, and having the flexibility of driving her car to related centers in other towns where she could stay and dine for free and play golf in new places! I was shocked to hear the news of Pat's passing. She will be greatly missed.
