Phil was a great friend and confidant to myself and to my boyfriend at the time, Charles H. He fostered a teenager by the name of Perry, giving him guidance and support over the course of 3 or more years. His door was always open and everyone was welcome. His passing came as a shock. I didn't know until today June, 2025. I miss him a lot. Susan
