Raymond Molle' Obituary

Raymond M. Molle' was born in Gotham City Hospital, NYC. After a courageous battle with lymphoma, he was called Home on Saturday, May 31, 2014. Ray was the giver of help, hope and encouragement, as well as the giver of love and friendship. While preferring not to be the center of the spotlight, he was the quiet force lending strength and comfort to all those who were fortunate to know him. Ray enlisted in the U.S. Army Warrant Officer Program. He married the girl next door on July 22, 1966, and they enjoyed a two year European honeymoon courtesy of Uncle Sam. After returning home, he completed his degree in Agriculture, followed by a 33 year career with "Ma Bell". Ray was a 30 year member of the Santa Margarita Lions Club. He was 100% Club President, held numerous District Cabinet positions, and was proud to be the "largest elf" ever seen. He was also a charter member of the Roving Lions and DOMOA. Ray was the "Go To" guy. He enjoyed tinkering, puzzle solving, and creating bar-b-que masterpieces! His quiet, peaceful appearance belied his wicked sense of humor. He put up with Sue's shenanigans for over 47 years. They were completely devoted to each other. We know he is in his "Happy Place". Ray is loved and greatly missed by his wife, children, granddaughters, brother and our extended families. We invite you to join us at his graveside service at 3 p.m., Friday, June 20, 2014, at Santa Margarita Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, for those able, please donate blood at your local blood bank in honor of Ray's memory.
