San Luis Obispo, California - Tim was born in August 1969 in San Luis Obispo, and died August 17, 2021 in San Francisco.
Survivors include his wife, Marlene, son, Jack, parents Mary and Paul Speidell and Richard and Yolanda Hitchman. He also leaves his sister Laura Miller, brother-in-law Brett, nephew Ian, aunt Kathy Endres, and many cousins and close friends. He was dearly loved and will be missed by all.

I've never had someone to laugh so hard with. We laughed together in good and hard times. I will never forget his personality and genuine care in my life. He was like a brother to me. I know my family and I will truly miss his presence, but carry on the best of Tim in our hearts.
