Inez Melba Weedon Wisdom Learn
3/31/1911 to 3/29/2012
Resident of Corralitos
Inez passed on to heaven just short of her 101st birthday. She was born and raised in Corralitos, CA, going to local schools then on to Nursing school at Santa Clara County Hospital.
She attended and was a member of the Corralitos Free Methodist Church. Active in the Corralitos Seniors and
making quilt blocks and bandages for the Missions. She played the piano and organ.
She and her first husband TJ were youth leaders for the Free Methodist Church. As well as foster parents for 14 children. After TJ passed away she married Prof. Learn. He was her son in law's father. Both preceded her in death as did her sons in laws Bob Learn and Doug Woodburn. She is most known for the way she loved her family and God. A woman who always said a kind word to all.
She leaves her 3 children; Darlene Woodburn of Scotts Valley, Melba Learn of Corralitos and Tom and Mary Wisdom of AZ. Her grandchildren; Rob Learn, Kandy (Ron) Bonnema, Dan Learn, Marty (Tamara) Learn, Kevin (Angie) Wisdom, Kyle (Tara) Wisdom, Steve (Sarah) Aylard, Gary (Lori) Aylard, Ron (Melissa) Aylard, Rick (Lori) Aylard and Dave Aylard; 21 great-grandchildren and 11 great-great-grandchildren.
Services to be held at the Corralitos Community Church
26 Browns Valley, Corralitos, CA 95076 @ 2pm Tues. April 3, 2012.
In lieu of flowers the family asks donations to be sent to Corralitos Community Church.
