So many great memories of Marco from culinary school. I don't think I would have gotten through without his energy and support. When I think of the time he "borrowed" a side of salmon from grumpy chef Didier to cook lunch for all his buddies I still laugh out loud. Gonna miss you, man.

So very sorry for the loss of Marco. He was always so full of life and light and love. I will never forget his delicious paella and the smoked meats hanging in his garage-and his cool old volvo.

God Bless the entire family in your time of sorrow.
