Jeannie Wray

Jeannie (Young) Wray Age 64, passed away on March 11, 2008, following a short illness. She was surrounded by family and friends. Jeannie was born in Albuquerque on July 9, 1943. She is survived by her loving husband, James. They were married at Central United Methodist Church on December 29, 1963. She is also survived by her daughters: Leslie McBride and husband William, and Dallas Ulibarri and husband Victor; grandchildren: Max and Matilda; mother, Eloise Young; and brother, Robert Young. Jeannie had a successful interior design career in Albuquerque, Santa Fe, and El Paso, TX. She enjoyed gardening, walking, and renovating houses; however, her passion was her family. She shared her love openly and continually demonstrated unselfish generosity. She adored caring for and spending time with her grandchildren. Her commitment to her family was unwavering. We are so thankful to have shared her beautiful, graceful spirit. She will be greatly missed by all those who were touched by her life. Memorial Services will be held Monday, March 17, 2008, 10 am, at French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel.
