Tile Andrade Obituary

Tile Andrade

1928 - 2024

Tile Andrade 96, died peacefully on August 3, 2024 in the early hours of the morning. Born on April 20, 1928 in Rotan, Texas the fourth of fourteen children to her father Trinidad Salinas and her mother Maria de Jesus Nuno.

She spent her early years in Texas where the family farmed, then moved across the country to Detroit, Michigan and later moved again to Guadalupe, CA where the family settled down in Nipomo, CA. Here she met and married the love of her life Fred Andrade. Together they had 4 children: Daniel, Duane, Debra and David and 7 grandchildren.

She helped support the family by working packing sheds and at Columbia Records until she retired. Tile always found a balance between helping with the family business and being available to family and friends whenever needed. She was always a bright light at any gathering at work or play. She will be missed by all that knew her.

Visitation will be held on Monday, August 12, 2024 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm with a Rosary beginning at 6:00 pm at the chapel of Dudley-Hoffman Mortuary. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday August 13, 2024 at 9:30 am at St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church.
