Margaret A. Haskell

Ballston Spa -Margaret A. Haskell, 85, passed away on Monday, December 4, 2023. She was born on February 4, 1938, to Francis and Nancy Hogan.Margaret was a registered nurse starting her career at St. Clare's Hospital and later worked at Saratoga Hospital, retiring from Ellis Hospital in 2003. After her retirement Margaret was a staff nurse and volunteer at Mary's Haven in Saratoga Springs for 15 years.Margaret was a communicant of St Mary's Church in Ballston Spa. She enjoyed spending time with family and her beloved cats.She was predeceased by her parents and her siblings Frank Hogan and Nancy Vrijian. Margaret is survived by her husband of 67 years Frank Haskell, children Michael Haskell (Lisa), Patrick Haskell (Michelle), Bridget Haskell (Joe), and Catherine Cropley (Tim), siblings John Hogan (Barbara), Thomas Hogan (Pamela), Lillian Stiles (Bruce), and Alice Smith (Michael), 12 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.Relatives and friends are invited to calling hours on Sunday, December 10 from 3pm to 5pm at Armer Funeral Home, Inc., 39 East High Street, Ballston Spa. Funeral services will be held 9:30am Monday, December 11 at St. Mary's Church, Milton Avenue, Ballston Spa, where a mass of Christian burial will be celebrated.
