Frances Wessels Obituary

Frances "Franny" Lynn Wessels
Born: May 8, 1955 in Sterling, Illinois
Died: October 7, 2025 in Sterling, Illinois
Frances "Franny" Lynn Wessels, born on May 8, 1955, passed away on October 7, 2025 surrounded by family at the age of 70.
Franny was known for her fierce independence, unwavering determination and a stubborn streak that was as much a part of her charm as her boundless love. She lived life on her own terms, as a true "single pringle".
She is survived by her children, Robert and Andrea; her grandkids, Lynniah, Peyton, Zeilynn and Marley and her siblings, Steve, Debbie, Kurt and Brian.
She was preceded in passing by her parents, Richard and Deloris; her brothers, Daniel, James "Cat", Alan "Alpo" and her nephew, Mike.
A Celebration of Life will be held to honor Franny's memory on Saturday, November 15th, 2025, at The Eagles Club in Rock Falls at noon. Please join us to share stories, laughter, and love as we remember this extraordinary woman.
