Mr. Swann was such a blessing to my husband and myself. He married us a few years ago and I am so glad that he was the one who did the ceremony. He was a very good man and he will be truly missed but I know that his is in Heaven now looking down on us.

Doris and family, we are praying for you in your time of sorrow. Brother Fred was the first pastor that I served under as a full time minister. I learned a lot from him. PREACHER SWANN WAS A INSPIRATION TO ME AND MY FAMILY, I REMEMBER IN THE YEAR OF 1985 HE AND BRO.PAUL JONES WAS VISTING FOR THE REVIVAL AT LIMESTONE AND THEY CAME BY OUR HOUSE AND I WAS OUT IN THE YARD, THEY INVITED US TO LIMESTONE AND HAD PRAYER. WE WENT THE NEXT WEEK AND HAVE SHARED MANY MEMORIES THERE. MRS.DORIS I WANT TO SAY I HAVE TOLD MANY ABOUT THE WIFE HE HAD ALSO, YOU HAVE BEEN A INSPIRATION TO ME, YOU ALWAYS HAVE THAT SMILE ON YOUR FACE AND ALWAYS STOOD WITH YOUR HUSBAND AND YOUR PREACHER. I KNOW HE WILL BE MISSED BUT ALWAYS REMEMBER THE GOOD TIMES, AND KEEP LOOKING UP. MAY GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR FAMILY.

Bro. Swann was my first pastor when I moved to Macon, Georgia from Mobile, Alabama. He was a wonderful pastor and I could not have asked for a better pastor. May the Lord comfort all of you in knowing that we will all see him again one day.
