Dear Johnny, I was so sad to learn of your passing.
When I think of you, of remember you and Billy watching cartoons with me when I was a little girl. We were at your parents house when they lived on West 50th Street in Savannah. I hope your family is doing alright. I miss you, Billy your mom and Dad. You all will forever be in my heart and my thoughts. I love you all.

Ruthie and John.... I am so sorry for both of you with your loss of John. I can't tell you how many wonderful memories I have of our fun times spent at 40 West 55th Street. All I can hear is John laughing and seeing his big beautiful smile when I think of my old days at POLO.I feel lucky that his kind loving soul touched my life.

John was always very kind to my brother Michael and me. We really enjoyed our trips to Atlanta to work with him. John never missed an opportunity to tell us how proud he was of his son and beautiful wife. May God bless John and his family.

Ruth, John had a huge influence on me when I was 25 years old and joined the IZOD team. Those were the days that I looked at those sales people as Gods. John was one of them. So sorry to hear of John's passing.I was one of his Polo customers from Mississippi and always enjoyed coming to Atlanta to work with him.I met his wife and son on two occassions and my prayers are with them.The world has lost a true southern gentleman and first class citizen.May he rest in peace.

JOHN WAS MY POLO RALPH LAUREN SALES REP FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS. BUT MORE THAN THAT HE WAS A FRIEND. WE HAD SOME GOOD TIMES WITH LARRY, DON AND CLAUDE HAVING LUNCH AT THE MEXICAN RESTAURANT ACROSS THE STREET FROM HIS OFFICE.

Johnny and I go way back...from boyhood friends, to roommates at Ga. Southern, we both worked at Men's Quality Shop, we were both clothing reps on the road and living in Atlanta. Johnny, as we knew him will be remembered for his charm, sense of humor and infectious smile. Yet, it is truly Johnny’s undying love and devotion to his family that defines the man we have known, respected and loved.
