Ruth, John had a huge influence on me when I was 25 years old and joined the IZOD team. Those were the days that I looked at those sales people as Gods. John was one of them. He was a gentleman in the true sense of the word. Although I have not seen him for years, my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Grover Walker

Our thoughts and prayers are with Billy, Mayette and Mrs. Dalzell.

Johnny, as we knew him will be remembered for his charm, sense of humor and infectious smile. Yet, it is truly Johnny’s undying love and devotion to his family that defines the man we have known, respected and loved. Even though there are no profound or clever words that can accurately depict what an immense; person Johnny was, we will always remember that enthusiastic, outgoing character that he possessed.

Dear Ruth,
Thank you for allowing Dr. Levey and our team here at Emory Cognitive Neurology to be a part of John's life. He was such a specical man, always a delight with his sense of humor. I can only hope that we were of some help to you; we will continue to work on finding treatments and cures for dementia-gifts like John's will help make that possible. The love you shared will live on; know that it touched many lives, mine included.

Dear Mayette and family. It is so hard to think of another death so soon in the family. I am still trying to cope with Hanna being gone. I will be praying for you all. Please tell Aunt Mary I am thinking about her. At least Johnny isn't suffering any more. He is in God's hands now. Love Caroline and Eddie
