Michael was a very good friend he helped me in our princeton review class to prepare me for the SAT he was always so sweet and he would always go with me to panera after class because i was scared to walk alone. I miss him so very much, but i know hes still here in the sense that he never gave up and gave inspiration to many people especially me. he was the most courageous person and was so full of happiness. ill miss you salmon

It makes me very sad to know that Michael has moved on. What an amazing person he was! Such energy and enthusiasm not to mention courage! He was the first to call me a nerd for cheering when he coughed up stuff. I will miss him very much! Your description of him is wonderful and is a great documentation of his life, and I'm sure it is brief compared to all the things he had planned. I am honored to have known him. Please know that I am thinking of him and you guys and if I can do anything for you, please don't hesitate to let me know! God bless you!

I'll never forget Michael. He never let his disease hold him back. He did everything his own way, on his own. You almost had to yell at him to use his oxygen tank when he needed it!! He was an amazing and inspiring person and a wonderful friend. I love you, Michael, more than I could ever say.

I am so sorry for your loss. I only knew Michael for a short time as he would come visit my niece that lived with me (Callie). He always seemed so happy and vibrant when he came over and when my niece told of his condition he became an inspiration to me. I will keep your family in my prayers and it was an honor to get the chance to meet Michael.

We are so happy to have had the pleasure of knowing Michael. Our daughter, Ashley, and Michael attended Sav Arts together and had a special bond, she was in Tampa have rods put in her back while Michael was having his lung transplant, they sent thousands of text messages to each other during this time helping each other thru the pain. He will be missed tremendously by everyone who knew him. You and your family are in our prayers.

Michael's infectious love for life will be forever in our memories and he will be sorely missed! Sarah and I were remembering those wonderful Hesse days when Michael would "borrow" those cool drug rep pens from her. I eventually just started getting two of everything and she loved presenting him with the latest pen or gadget because he found so much joy in the little things.

Sarah and I were remembering those wonderful days at Hesse when Micheal would "borrow" the cool drug rep pens I got for Sarah. I eventually started asking for two of everything and she loved to share with him because he was so excited about the little things! Micheal's infectious love for life will be forever remembered and he will be sorely missed.

Sarah and I were remembering the numerous good times at Hesse when she and Michael were together. Those were the days when the drug reps gave out a lot of cool pens and I always gave them to Sarah. Michael promptly "borrowed" them from her...so I just started asking for two of everything! Michael's infectious love for life will be forever remembered and he will be sorely missed.

We are so very sorry for your loss. I always admired Michael for his bright attitude. I remember seeing him tooling around the neighborhood on his "vehicle". He invariably had a smile on his face! He was a very sweet and caring boy, and a great friend to Zach.
