I am so sorry to hear that Dr. Moreland passed. I just learned of it today. Since we moved to Statesboro I have lost track with alot going on in Savannah and vicinity. He was a ggod friend and the best dr. I will never forget the help that he extended when Brittany was diagnosed with cancer. He will forever be missed but always in our hearts. Robin and family: I have fond memories of Dr. Moreland. My Mom worked at Westview Nursing Home and anytime I was sick, which wasn't often thank goodness, he would see me at her work. He never charged Momma a dime for seeing me. My thoughts and prayers will be with you all during this transition.

Dearest Elaine & family-
I am just learning of Bob's death! I am so very sorry for your loss! What a kind, wise, God & family-centered man! Our community has been so blessed by his life of service! His recent suffering has been so sad. Praise God that he is now at peace and with His precious Savior!

I have the fondest memories of Dr. Moreland. He was our neighbor and friend as well as our doctor.Always there in time of need.I remember so well when my grandmother stayed with us for a month,he came by 2 or 3 times a week to check on her and my mom. My mom worked at the nursing home with him and Mrs. Elaine and loved every minute of it.I can see him on Sunday morning at church in his suit and with a smile on his face.He always spoke when he saw me and always let you know you mattered.Your family was blessed to have him and so was our community. My the peace from our father in heaven give you all peace,just knowing he is sitting at the feet of Jesus..Thanks Doc for a job well done and a big heart that cared about others.

Butch and I are so sorry to hear about Dr. Bob! The medical field lost one their best on Saturday! Our hearts are breaking as we have always loved Dr. Bob like family! He loved our Lord, his family and his Elaine with all of his heart! Lean into the arms of
Jesus and He will see you through your loss! May you feel the presence of Jesus and may He lift you up and comfort you during this time of grief! I am recovering from knee replacement surgery and cannot make the trip down for the funeral, but know that Butch and I love all of the Moreland family and will be praying for you all!
