Umeka Develle Cowart-Bacon - SAVANNAH - Umeka Develle Cowart-Bacon was born July 23, 1973 in Savannah, Georgia, to Vaughndine Cowart and Robert Small. She attended the public schools of Bryan County and was a 1991 graduate of Richmond Hill High School. She also attended Armstrong Atlantic University in Savannah, Georgia. At an early age, she accepted Christ and was a member of Daniel Siding Church of Christ. She later moved her membership to Long Reach New Church of Christ in Riceboro, Georgia. She was joined in holy matrimony to Tyrone Bacon on March 14, 1992. She was preceded in death by her beloved grandparents Oliver Cowart, Sr. and Mother China Mae Cowart. She leaves to cherish her memories: her devoted husband of 22 years, Tyrone Bacon, two daughters: (PV2) Tia Bacon of Ft Hood, TX and Adara Bacon of Richmond Hill, GA, her mother Vaughdine Cowart of Richmond Hill, GA; her father Robert (Charlesetta) Small of Savannah, GA; her in laws: George and Lorene Bacon, Riceboro, GA; her grandmother in law: Sadie M.
