I was very saddened to learn of Deborah's passing while reading the notice in the Stanford magazine. Deborah and I worked together while she was a consultant at Strategic Decisions Group. She was an outstanding professional, capturing the essence of problems, communicating insights clearly, and displaying an energy and enthusiasm that I could rarely match. I really enjoyed traveling and working with Deborah. She was unfailingly caring, cheerful, and just a joy to be with. She will not be forgotten.

My sincerest condolences to the family at this time. I hope the thoughts expressed at 1 Corinthians 15:26 will be of comfort to the family.

Deb was a true gem of a person. I had the pleasure of having her as a client when I worked in the travel industry. I was fortunate enough over the years to spend time with her shopping, lunching, and just enjoying her company. She is truly an inspiration and will be missed by all whose lives she touched.
