Harry Stone Obituary

Harry Norman Stone (Stoney) 7/07/1931 - 5/17/2021 Will be inurned at Riverside National Cemetery on June 24 at 1:15pm. Harry leaves behind wife of 66 years, Virginia Stone, sons Harry N , Daniel J, and Jeff L Stone, 11 grandchildren,2 great grandchildren three daughters-in-law, nieces and nephews. Raised in a mining village in Pa by his mother and four sisters, Harry graduated from high school, being the first in the history of his family. He earned an AA in business. After serving in the Navy during the Korean war, where he was a radioman with the Beachmasters, he married, moved to California where he advanced to foreman for Kaiser Steel. Retiring from there, he then become a successful Realtor for the next 25 years. Harry was a baptized Christian and lived accordingly. His favorite things, after family, were doing projects around the home, reading, and following UCLA's basketball team. He was an avid golfer, serving and playing in Kaiser, then San Bernardino, men's golf clubs. Harry (Norm) was a devoted, faithful, tenderhearted father and husband with a very strong work ethic since he was a boy. Words cannot say how much he will be missed.
