Jesse Ochoa Obituary

JESSE OCHOA, age 56, went to be with the Lord on January 23, 2008. Born in San Antonio, Texas, to Nicholas and Mary (Padilla) Ochoa on April 22, 1951. Longtime resident of Riverside and most recently of Colton. Retired, with 34 years of Government Service. During his four years as a Marine he obtained the rank of Sergeant, earni ng the Rifleman Marksman Badge, Good Conduct Medal, Vietnam Service Medal and The National Defense Service Medal. Thereafter, Jesse began his 30 years of Postal Service. He began as a Carrier and ultimately retired as a Manager of Customer Service Support. Jesse was also a member of the APWU Auxiliary, National Association Postal Supervisors and the W. Holcomb Chapter of The Clampers. He is survived by his devoted wife, Letitia "Tish" Juarez Ochoa of Colton; daughters, Brenda (Joel) Aguinaga and Melissa Ba rrera, both of Texas; sons, Jess Ochoa, Jr. of Oceanside, Nathan and Andrew Ochoa of Riverside; grandchildren, Ashton and Madison Aguinaga, Andrea Barrera, Andrew Ochoa, Jr., and Mia Ochoa; sisters, Agnes Lopez and Mary Irma Ochoa, both of Texas; nephews, Thomas M. Lopez, Jr., Nick Ochoa III, James and Jason Ochoa; nieces, Melanie (Dagoberto) Lerma and Natalie Ochoa. Preceded in death by his parents and brother Nicholas, Jr. Services will be held at Montecito Memorial Chapel in Loma Linda on Thursday, Jan uary 31, 2008, with Viewing at 11:00 A.M. Burial will follow at the Riverside National Cemetery.
