Anna Mae Wingle, 92, passed away Sunday, Nov. 6, 2022, at Luther Ridge.
Born Feb. 3, 1930, in Pottsville, Anna Mae was a daughter of the late Ethel Meyer and Beck Camodeca.
Anna graduated from Pottsville High School. She worked in the textile factories and then was mainly a mother and housewife.
She was predeceased by her parents; two brothers, Thomas and Richard Camodeca; a sister-in-law, Gail Camodeca; as well as her niece, Crystal Camodeca. She was the widow of John H. Wingle, to whom she was married 70 years and who passed away Dec. 6, 2017.
She is survived by a daughter, Donna Rosenberger, wife of Eugene, of Schuylkill Haven; grandson, Matthew and his wife, Heather, of Lititz; brother, Douglas, of Pottsville; niece, Margaret Burns, and nephew, Douglas, both of Pottsville. She is also survived by her sister-in-law and caretaker, Kathleen Wingle, and nieces and nephews.
As per her wishes, there will be no services, and she will be buried at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
Hamilton-Breiner Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Orwigsburg, has been entrusted with private arrangements.
